Cancer may be retreating because their inner world has become unusually crowded. This sign feels deeply, remembers everything, and often protects tenderness behind silence. If Cancer has seemed distant, they may be trying to sort through several emotions at once. Love, fear, disappointment, longing, and uncertainty can exist together, making it difficult for them to choose a clear response.
